The library makes available a variety of facilities and equipment to the community.  These will be made available on an equal basis to any community member.  Library sponsored activities shall always take precedence in scheduling these facilities and equipment.  Non-library use shall be treated as equitably as possible within the constraints of popular demand, availability, and size.

Conference Room Regulation

·         Limit:  6 persons

·         Time Limit:  Unlimited

·         Booking:  by phone or in-person, up to one month in advance

·         No Food Permitted

     *Note:  Please notify the Library in the event of late arrival or cancellation.  If a person is more than 15 minutes late for scheduled time (without prior notification), the conference room will be considered available for booking.

Typing Room Regulations

·         Limit:  2 persons

·         Time limit:  2 hours

·         Booking:  by phone or in-person, up to one month in advance
